Development Activity

This area provides information on Development Applications that are currently on public exhibition. If you wish to make a submission, either in favour or against the proposed development, you can do so using the 'Submission on a Development Application' form. A submission on a Development Application on exhibition must relate directly to the work proposed, and its possible impact on surrounding property or the locality. Submissions must reach Council by the expiry date shown in the notification letter, site sign, or newspaper advertisement.

Syerston Nickel Cobalt Project - Community Consultatitve Committee - Published: 18 Aug 2008

Condition 10.1(b) of the Development Consent for the Syerston Nickel Cobalt Project (Project) requires that minutes of Community Consultative Committee (CCC) meetings be available for public inspection at Parkes Shire Council within fourteen days of the meeting.

A meeting of the Project CCC was held on 29 July 2008. Please find attached a copy of the minutes of this meeting. The CCC members have previously requested that the minutes be posted on the Parkes Shire Council website.
