Neighbourhood Centre
The Parkes Neighbourhood & Community Information Centre has been operative since 1977 and has become an integral part of Parkes CommunityThe Neighbourhood Centre is a Community based centre where members of the community can get together for friendship, action on community issues, exchange information and mutual support. It belongs to the community and they are open to ideas and information.
The Neighbourhood Centre is located at 80 Currajong Street, Parkes.
Meeting rooms are available at the Neighbourhood Centre for the use of community groups.
Volunteers
There are many opportunities to become involved in the Centres Programs, meet new people and feel you are making a valuable contribution to the Community.
